Yvonne L. (Perrine) Miller

Yvonne L. Miller, 84, of Tiffin, died at 10:36 a.m. Thursday, March 24, 2022, at The Willows at Tiffin.

She was born November 24, 1937, in Seneca County to Rollie E. and Stella B. (Schell) Perrine.  She married Richard B. Miller December 5, 1959, in Tiffin.  He died June 23, 2019.

She is survived by numerous nephews and nieces.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, a sister Velma J. Powers, and a brother Cecil E. Perrine.

Yvonne graduated in 1955 from Columbian High School and also was a graduate of Bowling Green State University.  She retired after 32 years as a 1st and 2nd Grade teacher for Tiffin Public Schools.

She attended New Beginnings Assembly of God in Tiffin, where she was the Director of Missionettes. She had been involved with the Keenagers and the Heritage Festival luncheon at Trinity United Church of Christ.  She also was involved with her husband, Dick, in Shrine activities.

Visitation for family and friends will be 2-6 p.m. Wednesday, March 30, 2022, at Traunero Funeral Home and Crematory, 214 S. Monroe Street, Tiffin, Ohio  44883 (419) 447-3113.

The funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, March 31, 20222, at New Beginnings Assembly of God with Rev. Rex King officiating.  Burial will take place following in Pleasant Ridge-Egbert’s Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to Shriner’s Children’s Hospital or to St. Jude’s Research Hospital.
