Virginia Rose Neff, age 55, of N. SR 53, Fort Seneca, Ohio, died at 3:30 pm, Saturday, November 25, 2006, at her residence. She was born August 24, 1951, in Sandusky, Ohio to the late Donald and Marie Clark. In 1980 she married Daniel Neff, who survives.
Also surviving are three brothers, Donald B. Clark of Milan, Ohio; David E. Clark and Charles R. Clark, both of Sandusky; two sisters, Joan Schonhardt, of Mansfield, Ohio; Jean Withrow, of Twinsburg, Ohio; two brothers-in-law, Bruce Neff of Port Clinton, Ohio; Dean Neff of Clyde, Ohio; three sisters-in-law Debbie Phillips of Port Clinton; Connie Beggs of Bellevue, Ohio; and Carol Zetzer of Fremont, Ohio; numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
She is preceded in death by one sister, Sue Ann Miller; and a sister-in-law Karen Fosnacht.
Mrs. Neff was a graduate of Sandusky High School. She was a homemaker.
