Thomas Lee Staib, age 52, formerly of New Riegel and of St. Petersburg, Florida, died at 2:37pm Sunday, October 7, 2007 in Mercy Hospital, Tiffin.
He was born April 15, 1955 in Tiffin to the late Lester E. Staib, Sr. and Dorothy (Reamer) Staib and his mother survives.
Other survivors include, two brothers, Lester (Eileen) Staib, Jr. of New Riegel, David (Elaine) Staib of New Riegel, and a sister Kathy (Greg) Houck of Bradenton, Florida.
He was preceded in death by his life partner, Lloyd Crowe, and father, Lester Staib, Sr.
Thomas was a 1972 New Riegel High School graduate and attended Sienna Heights College. He was a food service manager at Toledo Mental Health Center for 14 years and was a charter member of the Sons of the American Legion 354, New Riegel, Ohio.
