Thomas J. Kennedy, 71, of Tiffin, died at 3:21 AM, Thursday, Feb. 18, 2016, at Bridge Hospice Care, Findlay, Ohio.
He was born Aug. 25, 1944, in Tiffin to Norman J. and Celetta C. (Flechtner) Kennedy. He married Karen Tewalt Dec. 8, 1989, in Tiffin and she survives.
Others survivors include a daughter, Jodi (Adrian) Roszman of Tiffin; two step-daughters, Jackie (Nathan) Dieter, of Westerville and Lisa (Jeffery) Click of Bucyrus; six grandchildren, Gabrielle, Paige, Riley, Samuel, Zachary, and Brady; and two brothers, Robert Kennedy of Whittier, California and Larry Kennedy of Tiffin.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Thomas was a 1962 Calvert graduate. He served in the United States Army. He had been a resident caregiver at the Tiffin Developmental Center, and had worked for 29 years at Airfoil Textron. He was a life time member of the Tiffin Eagles. He enjoyed cooking, golfing and enjoyed being with his family and grandchildren.
Graveside services for Tom will be noon Saturday, April 16, 2016, at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, with Rev. Joseph Szybka officiating. Military rites will be conducted by the United Veterans Council of Seneca County. There will be no visitation.
