Tessa Lee Miller

Tessa Lee Miller, 38, of Tiffin, died at 3:11 a.m., Thursday, August 17, 2023, in Bridge Hospice at the Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay.

Tessa was born December 11, 1984, in Tiffin, to David and Carolyn (Seislove) Miller.  Her mother survives in Tiffin. Other survivors include a daughter, Peyton Penwell; stepfather, Dan Brickner; a sister, Jamie Miller; a niece, Alexis Miller; all of Tiffin; and many other loving family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, David Miller.

Tessa was a 2003 graduate of Tiffin Columbian High School, earned a bachelor’s degree in criminology from Eastern Michigan University and a master’s degree in criminology from Tiffin University. She was a former BCI agent, was very active in sports in high school, loved camping and spending time with family and friends, and was a member of the VFW Auxiliary #2858 of Tiffin.

Visitation for family and friends will be 4 to 6 p.m., Thursday, August 24, 2023, at the Traunero Funeral Home and Crematory, 214 S. Monroe Street, Tiffin, Ohio 44883, 419-447-3113, followed by a Memorial service at 6 p.m. with a VFW Auxiliary service all at the funeral home.
