She then served as a seamstress at the motherhouse and St. Francis Home. Later, Sister Mary Ann became the coordinator of motherhouse transportation and served as a Minister of Service. At the time of her death, she was serving the congregation as a Minister of Prayer and Presence.
Sister Mary Ann enjoyed the great outdoors where she experienced God’s majesty in places like the Blue Ridge Mountains, the Rockies, the Andes, and the Alps. She enjoyed camping and spending time around the campfire. She spent time working in the raspberry patch, tending to flowers, and caring for the fish pond on our grounds. In her later years, she enjoyed putting puzzles together and tending to Tiger, the cat. Throughout her life, she was a lover of all creation.
