Ruth Ann was born March 29, 1938 in San Francisco, Calif. to George and Natalie (Frisch) Laub. She married Richard D. Rogers July 5, 1958 in Fresno Calif., and he died in 1985.
Survivors include a son, Randy Rogers of Folsom, Calif.; two daughters, Kristi (Daniel) Felton and Renee (John) Dishaw both of Tiffin; and six grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and a son, Richard K. Rogers.
Ruth Ann was a graduate of Fresno High School, Fresno, Calif. She worked at El Camino Hospital in Calif., Tiffin Commission on Aging, and Tiffin Quality Inn.
There will be no local services, Ruth Ann's ashes will be scattered in the San Francisco Bay off the coast of Marin County through the Neptune Society in California.
