Rose Bernice Guyer, 82, of Kensington Ave, Tiffin, Ohio died at 7:15 am, Tuesday, November 23, 2004, at St. Francis Home, Tiffin. She was born February 15, 1922 in Maple Grove, Ohio to the late Frank and Mary P. (Panachone) deSantos. On May 6, 1950 she married Carl Guyer. He died December 23, 1989.
Surviving are a son Jack Guyer and a daughter, Eileen Lantz both of Tiffin. Also surviving are four grandchildren, Crystal, Carla and Caroline Lantz and Louis Boehler, and a sister; Carmella Terry.
Preceding her in death were a daughter, Carla Ann, 2 sisters; Josephine Benedetti and Toni deSantos, and 3 brothers: Nick, Pat and Albert deSantos.
Mrs Guyer was a 1940 Columbian High School graduate and had worked at Tiffin Glass House, General Electric and J.C. Penney's in downtown Tiffin. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church.
Rev. Jim Halleron will celebrate the funeral Mass. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery.
