Robert L. Miller, 75, of Tiffin, died Saturday, October 6, 2001, at Mercy Hospital, in Tiffin. He was born on August 30, 1926 to George L. and Myrtle (Coehick) Miller. They do not survive. On February 3, 1951, he married Mary Ann Bura at St. Mary's Rectory, in Tiffin. She survives.
Other survivors include: 3 sons, Gary A., Gregory A. and George A. Miller; 3 daughters, Gwynn A. Reinhart, Gail A. Zoeller, and Gloria A. Klempert; 1 brother, Marion Miller; 12 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
He was a 1944 graduate of Columbian High School in Tiffin and was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. Mr. Miller served in the Army during World War II in Germany. He was a foreman at American Standard from 1951-1986 and was vice-president of the union at American Standard. For a short time he was a Tiffin Policeman. He was also a member of the VFW, Moose, and AMVets.
Burial will take place immediately following the funeral Mass at St. Mary Catholic Cemetery.
Contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, the American Lung Association, or St. Mary's, in care of the funeral home.
