Robert Kissell died 10:30 A.M. Saturday, June 23, 2001 at Autumnwood Care Center, Tiffin.
He was born to Oliver and May (Schmitz) Kissell. He married Betty Tanner. She died in 1995. Other survivors include 1 son, Robert Kissell of Tiffin, Ohio; 2 daughters, Susan Borden and Twila Davis both of Mansfield, Ohio; 12 Grandchildren; 21 Great-Grandchildren; and 1 sister, Doris Oakes of South Boston, Va. He is preceded by 3 daughters, Pam Smiley, Ruth Ann Kissell and Shirley Kissell.
Mr. Kissell was a retired truck driver. He was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church. He enjoyed watching Western movies, television and professional baseball.
Rev. Frank Murd will officate the funeral services at Hannay-Traunero Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 10:00 - 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, June 26, 2001 at Hannay-Traunero Funeral Home. Burial will take place immediately following the funeral services in St. Mary Catholic Cemetery. Donations may be made to Autumnwood Care Center.
