Michael F. Goshe, age 51, of North Township Road 155 of Tiffin, died at 5:25 AM, Thursday, December 4, 2008 at his residence.
He was born on May 20, 1957 in Tiffin to Arthur Goshe and Elaine (Depinet) Goshe, and they both survive in Tiffin. On October 14, 1983 in Bellevue, Ohio he married Donna Mirtes and she survives.
Survivors also include his three daughters; Laura, Amy and Alicia Goshe all at home; his parents-in-law, Charles and Lucille Mirtes of Bellevue; six brothers, Leonard (Rena) Goshe, Edward Goshe, Gerald Goshe, John (Ronda) Goshe all of Tiffin, Ronald Goshe of Louisville, KY, Daniel (Jennifer) Goshe of Republic; three sisters, Barb Goshe of Tiffin, Mary Goshe of Nevada, and Carolyn Menta of Indiana, PA; also surviving are nieces and nephews, Eric and Brett Goshe, Amber Goshe, Ryan and Andrew Goshe, Jacob, Mason and Carly Goshe, Madeline and Luciana Menta, Bill and Leslie King and Dan and Carolyn Schafer.
He is preceded in death by a sister, Lorie Anne Goshe.
Michael was a graduate of Columbian High School; he was a carpenter and the owner of M and D Construction Services. He was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, he was an avid Cleveland Browns fan, he enjoyed gardening and attending his daughters’ sporting events, building furniture, cooking and baking.
The Funeral Mass will be officiated by Father Gary Walters, 10 AM, Tuesday, December 9, 2008 at St. Mary Catholic Church in Tiffin. The rosary will be recited 15 minutes prior to the mass. Burial will take place immediately following at St. Mary Catholic Cemetery.
Friends and family may call from 2-4 and 6-8 PM, Monday, December 8, 2008 at Traunero Funeral Home, 214 South Monroe St. Tiffin, Ohio 44883, 419-447-3113. There will be a wake service at 3:45 PM, Monday at the funeral home.
