Mary Lou Rosenberger, age 72 years, of Northview Drive, Tiffin, Ohio died at 5:00 pm, Thursday, October 25, 2007 in Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, Ohio.
She was born on December 21, 1934 in Fostoria, Ohio to the late William and Corrine (Lucius) Wagner. On November 12, 1953 in St. Mary Catholic Church, she married Marion “Mick” Rosenberger. He died on September 18, 1983.
Survivors include two sons, Douglas (Sherry) Rosenberger of Snyder, Texas; Scott (Julie) Rosenberger of Tiffin; and a daughter, Lisa (Mark) Lyons of Independence, Ohio; four grandchildren, Marcus Rosenberger, Heath Rosenberger, Jared Rosenberger and Miranda Lyons; and two great grandchildren, Madison Rosenberger; Kaitlin Rosenberger, a sister, Ruth Ann Bentz of Tiffin, and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by a great grandson, Marcus Jacob Rosenberger, a brother, Carl Wagner, and a sister, Helen Welly.
Mrs. Rosenberger retired after 32 years as a Licensed Practical Nurse at the Tiffin Developmental Center. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, and the Red Hats Society. She loved playing cards with her friends, visiting with her neighbors, shopping and fishing.
The Funeral Service will be at 10 am Monday, October 29, 2007 officiated by Rev. David Ross, at Traunero Funeral Home, 214 S. Monroe Street, Tiffin, Ohio 44883 (419) 447-3113. Burial will follow in Pleasant Union Cemetery, Old Fort.
Visitation will be 2-4 & 6-8 pm Sunday, October 28, 2007 at the funeral home.
