Mary Frances Brown, age 80, of Tiffin, Ohio, died December 16, 2001. She was born June 26, 1921, in Hamilton, Ohio, to Louis C. and Leona (Schreck) Traunero. On January 14, 1943, in St. Joseph Catholic Church, she married Ralph V. Brown, who died on October 13, 2001. She is survived by 3 sons, Ralph L. Brown, Michael Brown, and James P. Brown; 2 daughters, Jeanne Crandall and Kristine Brown; 16 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren; a sister, Judy Burns; and a brother, Robert Traunero. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Kathleen, and 2 brothers, Brother Damien and William Traunero. Mrs. Brown was a retired cosmetologist, a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, its rosary altar society, the Cursillo Movement, St. Francis Auxiliary, and the Senior Citizens. She was a 1939 Calvert High School graduate and a 1940 Sayre Beauty College graduate. A Wake Service will be at 3:45 pm Tuesday. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.
