Mary Jane (Berrier) Lang

Mary Jane Lang, 89, of Tiffin died at 1:00 pm Saturday, May 19, 2018 at St. Francis Nursing Home.

Mary was born August 4, 1928, in Tiffin to Benjamin and Clara (King) Berrier. She married Paul R. Lang May 10, 1947, at St. Mary Catholic Church and he died December 12, 2001.

Survivors include two sons, James A. (Marla) Lang, and Mark J. (Simone) Lang both of Tiffin; three daughters, Marsha K. (Jeff ) Danhoff of Willard; Debra J. (David) Kuhn of Fostoria; and Rose M. (Ken) Zoeller of Tiffin; grandchildren, Tracy Stephens, Becky Bivens, Wendy Vogel, Doug Kuhn, Dana Kuhn, Kelly Snyder, Chris Shaver, Melissa Lang, Abby Lang, Nick Lang, Stacy Cislo, Andrea Weisenburger, Katie Lang, Amanda Schalk, and Anthony Zoeller; great-grandchildren, Mckenna Stephens, Mya Stephens, Rayden Bivens, Heidi Bivens, Lindsey Vogel, Lauren Vogel, Levi Kuhn, Garrett Kuhn, Kyla Snyder, Brody Snyder, Bryden Snyder, Andrew Shaver, Adalyn Shaver, Henry Cislo, Nolan Cislo and Oliver Weisenburger; and a sister, Lucille Studer.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a grandson, Daniel Kuhn; a twin brother, Benjamin Berrier, Jr., and a brother, John Berrier; and five sisters, Marguerite Harshman, Geraldine Shelden, Florence Williams, Annabelle Brickner, and Estella Kelbley.

Mary was a housewife and mother for 71 years, a member of St. Mary Catholic Church and St. Mary Church Funeral Committee. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, crocheting, sewing, playing cards and puzzles. She particularly enjoyed spending time with her family.

Visitation for family and friends will be 4:00 to 8:00 pm, Wednesday, May 23, 2018, at the Traunero Funeral Home and Crematory, 214 S. Monroe Street, Tiffin, Ohio 44883, (419) 447-3113, with a Wake service at 3:30 pm.

Prayers will be said at 9:30 am, Thursday, May 24, 2018, at the funeral home followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00 am at St. Mary Catholic Church with Rev. Gary Walters officiating. The Rosary will be recited 20 minutes prior to the service at the church. Burial will follow at St. Mary Catholic Cemetery.
