Marjorie (Marge) L. Schubert, age 81, of W. Market Street, Tiffin, Ohio, died at 1:40 p.m. Sunday, May 21, 2006 at her daughter’s residence in Defiance, Ohio. She was born on April 24, 1925 in Tiffin to the late Edward J. and Marjorie M. (Shuff) Huffman.
Survivors include 1 daughter, Mrs. Gary (Linda Yoder) Grim of Defiance; 1 daughter-in-law, Diane Yoder of Bellevue, Ohio; 5 grandchildren, Tom Scaife, Lori Myers, Heather Zdrowjewski, Jon and Scott Yoder; and 8 great grandchildren, Stephen and Joshua Scaife, Mallory and Abbey Zdrowjewski; Derek Titus, Lane Stewart, Leah and Wesley Myers; numerous loving nieces and nephews and cousins; her loving and kind friends, Paul and Carolyn Dunn and their children; and her loving loyal friends too numerous to mention.
Marjorie is preceded in death by 1 son, Michael L. Yoder; her parents; 2 brothers, Edward Jr. and James Huffman, and 1 sister, Thelma Breidenbach.
Ms. Schubert was a homemaker and had retired as a housekeeper. She had been a volunteer for the Mercy Hospital Auxiliary in Tiffin.
There will be no visitation. Rev. Tom Scaife, a grandson, will officiate the graveside service in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 30, 2006.
