Marjorie A. Frisch, 99, of Tiffin, died at 5:20 am Wednesday, October 19, 2022, at The Willows of Tiffin.
Marjorie was born September 10, 1923, in Carey, to Lawrence and Margaret (Myers) Orians. She married David N. Frisch on May 11, 1946, and he died on September 11, 1999.
Survivors include a son, Roger (Pat) Frisch of Florence, Kentucky; three daughters, Sharon (Dave) Kirby of Tiffin, Debra Thompson of Cornelius, North Carolina, Peggy (Mark) Baxter of Lima; eight grandchildren, Adam (Jill) Frisch, Jill (Pete) Steuer, Laura (Rick) Sebulsky, Craig Kirby, Renee (Ben) Swallow, Bryce (Dee Dee) Thompson, Corey (Lindsay) Baxter, Chris (Jessica Zerkel) Baxter; 16 great-grandchildren; three sisters-in-law, Donna Orians, Anita Orians, and Rose Frisch.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; an infant daughter, Sue Ann Frisch; two brothers, Eugene Orians, James Orians; three sisters, Donna (Joe) Tinker, Barbara (Charles) Mathern, and Carol Orians.
Marjorie was a graduate of Carey High School. She worked at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base for four years during WWII, was a homemaker, volunteered for 25 years at St. Joseph Catholic School, was a former Girl Scout leader, and member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Legion of Mary, St. Francis Auxiliary, Rosary Altar Society, and Propagation of Faith.
There will be no visitation. A Mass will be at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 25, 2022, at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Rev. Anthony Coci officiating. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
