Marilyn A. (Coleman) Welly

Marilyn A. Welly, 84, of Tiffin, died at 3:45 pm Saturday, July 28, 2018, at St. Francis Home.

She was born August 18, 1933, in Alvada, to Walter M. and Helena (Reinhart) Coleman.  She married John T. Welly May 2, 1953, in St. Wendelin Catholic Church, Fostoria, and he died October 7, 2015.

Survivors include five children, Barbara (Lloyd) Creeger, Thomas Welly, Donna (Scott) Swartz, Daniel (Susan) Welly, and Dennis (Angie) Welly, all of Tiffin; 18 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren; two brothers, Edgar (Mary) Coleman of Fostoria, and Duane Coleman of Bascom; and a sister, Kathleen Stumpp of Cleveland.

She was also preceded in death by four brothers, Gerald, Donald, Florian, and Virgil Coleman, and three sisters, Cyrilla Coleman, Berneda Moes, and Cleora Hendricks.

Mrs. Welly was a homemaker and member of All Saints Parish, New Riegel, formerly a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church, Bascom.

Visitation will be Friday, August 3, 2018, from 1 to 3 and 5 to 8 pm, at Traunero Funeral Home and Crematory, 214 S. Monroe St., Tiffin, Ohio  44883 (419)447-3113.

Visitation will also be Saturday, August 4, from 9:30 am until time of funeral Mass at 10 am, at All Saints Parish, Bascom site.  Rev. Timothy Kummerer will officiate, and burial will follow in St. Patrick's Cemetery, rural Bascom.

Memorials may be made for Masses, or to a charity of the donor's choice.
