Linda L. Cahill

Linda L. Cahill, 76, of Tiffin, died at 7:25 p.m. Friday, March 22, 2024, at Volunteers of America Autumnwood Care Center, Tiffin.

She was born September 22, 1947, in Bellevue to Woodrow and Ola (Swander) Downs.  She married Carl Edward “Ed” Cahill June 10, 1966.  Ed died December 7, 2016.

 Survivors include a son, Carl Anthony (Elizabeth) Cahill of Concord, NC; two daughters, Stephanie (Mark) Kelso of Charlotte, NC, and Denise (Daniel) Rentz of Clinton, NC; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. 

 She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, step-father, Joseph Bua, and a brother, Virgil Downs.

 Linda retired from the Seneca County Dept. of Job and Family Services.   She had also been a teaching assistant.

 Visitation will be 6-7 p.m. Thursday, March 28, 2024, at TRAUNERO FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 214 S. Monroe Street, Tiffin, Ohio 44883 (419) 447-3113.  There will be no funeral service.
