Kathy Marie Hess, 13, of Tiffin, died at 2:28 a.m. at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in Toledo on Thursday, August 17, 2000. She was born to Bradley J. and Rose M. (Fox) Hess on January 31, 1987. Her parents survive in Tiffin.
Other survivors include, two brothers, Brian and Andy Hess; paternal grandmother, Gertrude Hess; and maternal grandmother, Susan Fox; and several aunts and uncles.
She was preceded by her two grandfathers, Dewane Hess and Joseph Fox.
She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and was to be in 8th grade at Mohawk Jr. High School. She played Volleyball, Basketball, Track, Softball, was on the Student Council, and in the Honor Society.
Burial will take place at the parish cemetery immediately following the funeral Mass.
