Kathleen Delores Sexton, 78, of Central Avenue, Tiffin, Ohio died at 8:25 p.m. Saturday, March 25, 2006 at her daughter’s residence in LaGrange, KY. She was born on September 14, 1927 in Tiffin, Ohio to the late Albert and Hubertine (Mueller) Kuhn. On July 10, 1948 in St. Joseph Catholic Church she married James R. Sexton and he survives.
Other survivors include a daughter, Anne (Bob) Jones of LaGrange, KY; 3 grandsons Ian (Pilar) Schank, Adam (Sharon) Schank, Nathan Schank and one great granddaughter, Rory Schank, 3 brothers; John, George, and Rev. Thomas Kuhn all of Tiffin, 1 sister, Betty Kuhn of San Diego, CA.
She is preceded by one brother, Albert “Pete” Kuhn.
Mrs. Sexton was a 1945 Columbian High School graduate. She retired as a cashier from Kroger’s Supermarket. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, March 29, from 4-7 p.m. at Traunero Funeral Home, 214 S. Monroe Street, Tiffin, Ohio 44883, (419) 447-3113. The Funeral Mass will be officiated by Rev. James K. Say at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, March 30, 2006 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Tiffin. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
