Kathleen T. (Cramer) Reinhart

Kathleen T. Reinhart, 71, of Tiffin, died at 3:28 p.m., Sunday, December 19, 2021, at Elmwood at the Shawhan.

Kathleen was born August 21, 1950, in Tiffin to Frederick and Ruth (Werley) Cramer. She married David A. Reinhart September 25, 1970, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Tiffin and he died December 21, 2020.

Survivors include two daughters, Nicole (Mike) Meyer of Amanda, Ohio, and Stephanie (Wayne Harris) Reinhart of Ontario, Ohio; two grandchildren, Shawn Meyer and Audrey Meyer both of Amanda, Ohio; two sisters, Judy Gustafson of Punta Gorda, Florida, Jean Reidel of Phoenix, Arizona; a brother, Richard (Karen) Cramer of Tiffin.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a brother, Frederick "Butch" Cramer, and a sister, Janet “Mary” Cramer.

Kathy was a 1968 graduate of Calvert High School and 1969 graduate of The Elkhart Institute of Technology. She continued her education as a graduate of Marion Technical College. She worked as a laboratory technician at Tiffin Mercy Hospital for 27 years and then at Fostoria Hospital for another 5 years until she retired in 2005.  Kathy had a contagious laugh that made everyone smile and had a love for her family, friends, and animals, especially her poodles.  She was also known for getting lost attending volleyball games in support of her husband.  Kathy will be greatly missed by all.

Visitation will be 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Wednesday, December 22, 2021, at Traunero Funeral Home and Crematory, 214 S. Monroe St. Tiffin, Ohio 44883 (419) 447-3113.

Funeral Mass will be at 2 p.m., Thursday, December 23, 2021, at All Saints Parish, New Riegel, with Rev. Timothy Kummerer officiating.  Burial will follow in St. Patrick Catholic Cemetery, Bascom.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
