Katherine Ruth Schermer, 6 months old, of Tiffin, died at 5:00 p.m. on March 27, 2001 at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Children's Hospital in Toledo. She was born to Toby and Elizabeth "Lisa" (Herner) Schermer on September 11, 2000 in Fremont. Both parents survive in Tiffin.
She is also survived by 1 brother, Eric Schermer, at home; her maternal grandparents, Robert and Sue Herner; and her paternal grandmother, Ruth Schermer.
Burial will take place at a later date in Williamston, Michigan.
