Lara K. Puckett, 36, of Zanesville, died Thursday, June 1, 2006 at Good Samaritan emergency room. She was born November 24, 1969, in Jackson, Mississippi.
Surviving are her father, Terry (Janice) Puckett of Wesson, Mississippi, her mother, Carol "Kay" (Rick) Greene of Zanesville; a son, Caelob J. McConnell of Zaneville; Father of her son, Terry McConnell of Zanesville; one sister, Tanya (Jerry) Sturtz of Zanesville; two brothers, Mark (Julie) Puckett of Florence, Alabama and Corey Puckett of Wesson, Mississippi; two nieces, Dana and Lisa Sturtz; two nephews, Nathan and Conner Puckett and paternal grandmother, Lavelle Turner Puckett Edwards of Jackson, Mississippi.
She was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Bill and Warrene McLain.
Friends may call two hours prior to services which will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 5, 2006 at the Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Ave., Zanesville, Ohio with the Rev. Dawn Remster officiating. Burial will follow at Zanesville Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Caelob J. McConnell fund in care of any Century National Bank.
