J. Lucille Kuebler, 87, of 182 St. Francis Avenue and formerly of 227 Mohawk Street, Tiffin, Ohio died at 9:25 AM, Thursday, June 2, 2005, at Mercy Hospital in Tiffin, Ohio. She was born January 19, 1918, in Glouster, Ohio, to the late Clyde and Mettie (Wilson) Norris. She was married to C. Harold Ahle from 1937 to 1963 and to Ralph Kuebler from 1977 until his death in 1979.
Survivors included a son, Larry (Marge) Ahle of Tiffin; 3 grandchildren, Cindy Bell-DeRan of Old Fort, Ohio; Jim (Denise)Ahle of Kalamazoo, Michigan, and Jeff (Kristen) Ahle of Bellefontaine, Ohio; 9 great grandchildren, 1 brother, Harold Norris of Macon,Georgia; and 1 sister, Louise Price of McConnellsville, Ohio.
Preceding her in death was 1 son, Robert Charles Ahle; 2 brothers, Phillip and Robert Norris, and 1 sister, Norma Jean Digby.
Mrs. Kuebler was a 1936 graduate of Homer-Union High School in Gloucester, Ohio. She was a retired saleswoman at Sears Department Store in Tiffin, Ohio, a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, St. Francis Auxiliary and the American Legion Auxiliary.
The rosary will be recited 15 minutes prior to the Mass. Rev. James K. Say will officiate the Mass at St. Joseph Catholic Church.
