Jack R. Hollins, 60, of Sycamore St., Tiffin, Ohio, died at 9:55 pm, Friday, October 14, 2005, at Mercy Hospital, Tiffin.
He was born February 26, 1945, in Corbin, KY, to Ray and Isabel Hollins. His mother survives in Watertown, NY. On December 26, 1968, in Creston, OH, he married Peggy Yeagley, and she survives.
Also surviving are a son, Jack C. Hollins of Ft. Benning, GA; four daughters, Joy Christine Hollins of Niagara Falls, NY, Holly Ann Hollins of Grand Island, NY, Robin Wright and Shawn Benet, both of Charleston, IN; seven grandchildren, Kathleen, Alexandra, Ariel, Michael, Heather, Joshua, and Nathan; one great-grandchild, Adyn Michael; a brother, Keith Hollins of Mansfield, OH; a sister, Penny Dible of Bucyrus, OH; and his step-mother, Christine Hollins of Bucyrus.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ray Hollins.
Mr. Hollins served in the United States Army during Vietnam as a medic. He later served in the Reserves and the National Guard. He had owned Credit Counseling Centers of America and had been retired for several years.
There will be a private family visitation. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, or the American Diabetes Association.
