Irma M. Myers, age 91, formerly of Hopewell Ave., Tiffin, Ohio died at 10:12 AM, Monday February 2, 2009 at St. Francis Home.
Irma was born June 6, 1917 in Tiffin, Ohio to the late Robert and Anna (Burtnett) Craver. On March 19, 1938 she married Frederick P. Myers. He is deceased.
Survivors include; four daughters, Janet (Joseph) Biller of Tiffin, Carolyn (James) Paddock of Bellevue, Arlene (Stephen) Lawson of Ravenna, and Mary Jane (Gene) Traxler of Tiffin; and five grandchildren, Julie (Bob) Nighswander, Joseph (Deb) Biller, Joan Colatruglio, Jane (Dave) Robenalt, and Andrew Paddock; nine great-grandchildren, Erica, Christopher, Sarah,
Holly, Adam, Alex, Jason, Sierra, and Ethan; and a sister-in-law, Mary L. Kaiser of Tiffin.
She was preceded in death by four brothers, Howard, George, Robert and Myron Craver; and two sisters, Helen Pahl and Evelyn Jarvis.
Irma was a homemaker and member of the Trinity United Church of Christ and the Senior Citizens. Irma was quick witted. She enjoyed spending time with her family, reading her Bible, being outside, feeding the birds and visiting with her cats. Irma always enjoyed a good piece of pie and a hot cup of coffee.
Funeral services will be 11 am Thursday February 5, 2009 at Trinity United Church of Christ, with Rev. Dr. Louis Dorsch officiating. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call at the church one hour prior to services Thursday.
