Glenda D. Smith, 84, formerly of Elm Avenue, Tiffin, died at 10:51am Tuesday, January 16, 2007, at Tiffin Mercy Hospital.
She was born February 24, 1922 in Melmore, Ohio to the late Harvey and Dessie (Stuckey) Luman. She married Paul F. Smith on February 19, 1944 in St. Joseph Catholic Church in Tiffin.
Survivors include daughter Paula Breidenbach of Tiffin; three grandchildren, Daniel (Monica) Breidenbach of Fairford AFB, England, Roger Breidenbach of Tiffin, and Judy (Shawn) Mesnard of Bascom; and two great-grandchildren, Brandon & Tyler Mesnard of Bascom.
Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by her husband, grandson David Breidenbach, and son-in-law Wayne Breidenbach.
She attended Old Fort Schools and was a clerk at the American Discount Store in Tiffin prior to retirement. Mrs. Smith was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Tiffin.
The funeral Mass will be Monday, January 22, 2007 at 11:00am at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Tiffin with the Rev. James K. Say officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. The Rosary will be recited 15 minutes prior to the Mass.
