Frieda L. (Wilson) Beckley

Frieda L. Beckley, 82, of Tiffin, died at 8:06 a.m., Monday, February 15, 2021, at St. Francis Nursing Home, Tiffin.

Frieda was born May 19, 1938, in New York, New York. Her mother was Frieda Wilson.

Survivors include two daughters, Cindy Richie of Perrysburg , Deb (Steve) Reamer of Tiffin; four grandchildren, Rachael Dawn (Shane) Smith, Jessica Ann (Kevin) Christman, Joseph (Jen) Reamer, Samantha Reamer; five great-grandchildren, Asher, Jonas, Willa G., Parker, Mila; a sister, Adelaide Barry of Tiffin; and a niece, Louise Barry-Zoeller, of Tiffin.

She was preceded in death by her mother.

Frieda retired from Fry Foods as a supervisor, was a member of the Eagles, and enjoyed her coffee with the McDonald’s group. She volunteered at St. Francis Home, was a huge Elvis fan, and loved all animals.  She enjoyed singing and dancing, and was everyone’s “Mom”.  She truly had a heart of gold.

A masked walk through visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Thursday, February 18, 2021, at Traunero Funeral Home and Crematory, 214 S. Monroe St., Tiffin, Ohio  44883 (419)447-3113.  Visitors are asked to wear masks and social distance as they walk through, pay respects, and exit without lingering.

Funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m., Friday, February 19, 2021, at the Chapel at Seneca Memory Gardens with Chaplain Dawn Snyder officiating. Burial will follow at Seneca Memory Gardens.

Memorial may be made to St. Francis Home or the Humane Society of Seneca County.
