Firmin Albert Gosche, 84, of Tarpon Springs, Florida, formerly of Bascom, died at 10 a.m.Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2016 at Suncoast Hospice Care Center, Palm Harbor, Florida.
He was born August 26, 1932, in Bascom, to Elmer and Erma (Boes) Gosche. He was pre-deceased by his wife, Margaret Loretta Gosche (Wechter) who passed away January 20, 2015.
Survivors include four children, Daniel (Deb) Gosche and Bruce (Debbie) Gosche, both of Palm Harbor, Fla., Karen (Darol) Gosche-Shifflett of Star Tannery, VA., and John (Susan) Gosche of Cullowhee, NC.; four grandchildren, six step grandchildren, one great grandchild, five step great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Ronald Gosche of Fostoria, and Robert Gosche of Bascom.
Funeral Mass will be noon Monday, September 26, 2016, at SS Patrick and Andrew Catholic Church, Bascom, with Rev. Timothy Kummerer officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Tiffin, with military rites conducted by the United Veterans Council of Seneca County. Visitation will be one hour prior to the Mass at the church.
