Elizabeth (Horvath) Baumann

Elizabeth Baumann, 81, of Tiffin, died June, 1, 2018, at her residence.  She was born February 28, 1937 in Tokod, Hungary to Mr. and Mrs. Frank Horvath.  She married Thomas Baumann Dec 29, 1956, in New Jersey and he survives.

Other survivors include two sons, Thomas (Holly) Baumann of Oregon, Ohio and Joseph (Lisa) Baumann of Toledo; two grandchildren Lauren Baumann and Spring Baumann.

She is preceded in death by four brothers and one sister.

Elizabeth was a homemaker and member of St. Mary Catholic Church.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, June 6, 2018, at Traunero Funeral Home and Crematory, 214 S. Monroe St. Tiffin, Ohio 44883 (419) 447-3113. A wake service will be at 3:30 p.m. at the funeral home.

Prayers will be said at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, June 7, 2018, at the funeral home, followed by the Mass at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church.  Rev. Joseph Szybka will officiate.  The rosary will be recited at the church 20 minutes prior to the Mass. Burial will take place in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
