Charlene J. Kinzey, age 88 of Tiffin, died at 10:20 pm, Saturday, May 3, 2008 in St. Francis Home, Tiffin. She was born on May 27, 1919 in Fostoria, Ohio to the late Henry and Sara (Thom) Kreuz. On June 18, 1949 in St. Wendelin Catholic Church, Fostoria she married John A. Kinzey and he survives.
Other survivors include a daughter, Lori M. Kinzey of Tiffin; and five grandchildren, Gregory Williams, Sara Williams, William O. Williams, John Williams and Joseph Zepeda.
She is preceded in death by a daughter, Kristina Williams; a brother, Marvin Kreuz; and a sister, Marie Schedel.
Mrs. Kinzey was a 1938 Fostoria High School graduate. She attended 2 years at Tiffin Business University. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Tiffin. She had retired from The Electric Auto-Lite Spark Plug Company in Fostoria and part time at the Buckeye Auto Parts as an office clerk.
The Funeral Mass will be at 11:30am Friday, May 9, 2008 in St. Francis Home Chapel, Tiffin, with Rev. Joseph Szybka officiating. The burial will take place in St. Wendelin Catholic Cemetery, Fostoria.
Friends and family may visit from 10:30- 11:30 am Friday at St. Francis Home Chapel.
