Cecilia V. Borer, age 79, of Tiffin, Ohio, died June 11, 2003. She was born August 28, 1923, in New Riegel, Ohio, to Anthony and Clara (Hoepf) Borer. They are deceased. Miss Borer is survived by 3 sisters, Anna (Vincent) Bentz, Mrs. Herman L. (Agnes) Mathias, and Martha (John) Kirchner. She was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Catherine Carp and Isabella Steinmetz. Miss Borer attended St. Joseph School and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Tiffin, and its Rosary Altar Society. She loved bingo, making ceramics, reading, and listening to polka music. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
