Carrol L. Stockdale, age 68, of Charlotte Street, Tiffin, died July 6, 2001 at Fostoria Community Hospital, in Fostoria, Ohio. He was born to Ivan and Mabel (Price) Stockdale. He married Nancy Ohler on December 26, 1951 in Adrian, Michigan. She died in 1996. Other survivors include 2 sons Carrol Stockdale, Jr. of Bettsville, Ohio; and Robert Stockdale of Florida; 3 daughters,
Mrs. Kenneth (Nanette) Butler of Republic, Ohio; Mrs. Frank (Lydia) Fourtner of Bloomville, Ohio; and Mrs. William (Edna) Robison of Indiana; 3 brothers, Lowell, Larry and Jerry Stockdale of Mt. Vernon, Ohio; and 1 half-brother John Stockdale, of Kentucky; 1 sister, Shirley George of Washington; and 2 half-sisters, 11 grandchildren 8 great-grandchildren.
He worked at Whirlpool for 39 1/2 years as a machine operator.
Entombment will be in Seneca Memory Garden Mausoleum. Contributions may be made to the Donor's Choice.
