Brian Keith O'Quinn

Brian Keith O’Quinn, 53, of Tiffin, died 2:04 p.m. Wednesday, March 24, 2021, at Mercy Health Tiffin Hospital emergency room.

He was born Nov. 14, 1967, to Billy and Diane (Savell) O’Quinn, Sr. at Lake Charles, La. His father survives in Tiffin.  He is survived by five brothers, Billy O’Quinn, Jr. of Tiffin, Michael O’Quinn of Houston, Tex., Scott D. Picard, DeQuincy, La, Jason Picard, Sulphur, La. and Thomas Huckabee, Houston, Tex.; three sisters, Dana LaCoste, Morgan City, La., Shana Picard, Sulphur, La., and Shawndale Wilfur, Westlake, La.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Diane.
