Beatrice J. (Frankhart) Reinhart

Beatrice J. Reinhart, 90, of Tiffin, died at 10:17 pm Thursday, October 22, 2015, at St. Francis Home.

Beatrice was born April 12, 1925 in Tiffin to Thomas S. and Alice L. (Eck) Frankhart. She married Richard N. Reinhart November 29, 1947 at St. Mary Catholic Church, Tiffin and he died May 20, 1991.

Survivors include two sons, Richard N. (Kathleen) Reinhart Jr. of Cincinnati and Alfred T. (Gwynn) Reinhart of Tiffin; two grandchildren, Adam W. Reinhart and Andrew J. Reinhart; two sisters, Mary Jo Brickner of Tiffin, Norma Jean Frankhart of Akron; and three step-sisters, Irene Bellex of Warren, Ann Hartenstein of New Riegel, and Darlene Whyte of Columbus.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a grandson, Nicholas E. Reinhart, step-mother, Arlene Frankhart, six month old twin sisters, Marjorie and Mildred, and five sisters, Madelyn Schwamberger, Evelyn Taylor, Matilda O'Connor, Patricia Walliser, and Alice Wood.

Beatrice was a 1944 graduate of Calvert High School, and co-owned and operated the Reinhart Upholstery and Design Shop for over 30 years.  She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, life member of the St. Francis Auxiliary, and the Seneca Genealogy Society. She was a member of the Friends of the Library, Allen Eiry Senior Center, various Travel Clubs and the Women of the Arts of Washington D.C..

Visitation will be 9:30 - 10:30 AM Monday, October 26, 2015 at the Traunero Funeral Home and Crematory, 214 S. Monroe Street, Tiffin, Ohio 44883, 419-447-3113. Prayers will be said at 10:30 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM Monday, October 26, 2015 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, with Rev. Joseph Szybka officiating.  Burial will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church, St. Francis Senior Ministries,  Stein Hospice or Seneca County Habitat for Humanity in care of the funeral home.
