Barbara M. Corry, age 81 years, of 182 St. Francis Ave. Tiffin, Ohio, where she had been a resident for 6 years, died on November 15, 2004, at 11:38 a.m. in Mercy Hospital Emergency Room. She was born on February 17, 1923, to the late Fred and Cleo (Preston) Corry.
She is survived by 2 sisters, Sr. Theresa M. Corry of Sisters of St. Francis, Tiffin; and Eleanor Dill of Webster, New York. She is preceded in death by 1 sister, Sr. Mary Dolores, DMJ; and 2 brothers, DeWitt Corry and Preston Corry.
Ms. Corry was a graduate of Notre Dame Academy, Toledo, Ohio; and Notre Dame University, South Bend, Indiana. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Tiffin. She was a retired school teacher and caregiver. She was also a former art supervisor for parochial grade schools in the Toledo Diocese.
Rev. Richard Dunn will officiate the Funeral Mass at St. Francis Home.
