John Michael Smith

John Michael “Little John” Smith, 29, of Tiffin, died at 1:36 p.m. Thursday, February 16, 2023, at Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical Center, Toledo.

He was born November 6, 1993, in Tiffin to John D. and Judy (Owens) Smith. His mother survives in Tiffin.

Other survivors include two sisters, Kimberly (John) O’Flaherty and Lisa Abrams both of Tiffin.
He is preceded in death by his father.

John was a 2015 graduate of Seneca County Opportunity Center and was employed in the workshop.  He received the Distinguished Youth Asset Builder Award in 2014.

Visitation for family and friends will be 3:30 – 5:30 p.m. Friday, February 24, 2023, followed by the funeral at 5:30 p.m. officiated by Rev. Cynthia Morrison all at Traunero Funeral Home and Crematory, 214 S. Monroe Street, Tiffin, Ohio 44883 (419) 447-3113.
